Mother of Tim Parry and Co – Founder of TPJB Foundation in 1995, two years after Tim’s death as a result of an IRA bomb attack in Warrington Town Centre. Wendy and her husband Colin have devoted their lives to keeping Tim’s memory alive through their work.
