Andy Smith was a senior Cheshire Police Officer for over 25 years. His proudest achievements were as DCI Crime Manager at Warrington and Detective Superintendent, Head of the Major Investigation Team. Upon retiring in 2016 he formed Peel Solutions, a niche recruitment and training company, focusing on the law enforcement sector. His company was named the best new recruitment agency in a national award in 2018. Andy is proud to be a Trustee of the Foundation as it is close to his heart due to his own memories of 1993.
